Our Structure

We are a membership-based organisation with funding from both the private and public sectors.

Scotland Food & Drink has a Board drawn from a mixture of industry and public sector bodies and its role is to approve and guide the strategy of the organisation.

The Executive Group, comprising leaders from across the industry, is the key delivery vehicle for Scotland Food & Drink.

Our Executive Team forms the nucleus of Scotland Food & Drink.

As an organisation, Scotland Food & Drink will provide leadership and strategic thinking, analyse trends and work with the industry towards making our supply chain stronger and our distribution networks more effective.

We have already forged strong links with the Scottish Government and are therefore ideally placed to inform our country's decision-makers on what is best for our industry and what businesses need as we take the next step on our journey to promote Scotland as 'A Land of Food and Drink'.
