Strategy Refresh

In 2009, our industry strategy was put under the microscope - we looked at consumer trends, market information  and we consulted with all parts of our industry to determine a refreshed strategy that played to Scotland's strengths in global markets.

A document, entitled Fresh Thinking, has been produced which outlines the strategy refresh and how the industry can get involved.

    During 2009, Scotland Food & Drink led a review of the industry strategy in which our partners, stakeholders and food and drink businesses participated.  The refreshed industry strategy was launched in December 2009 and Fresh Thinking summarises the opportunities, the targets and our vision for the future.
