Professor Louise Heathwaite, Chief Scientific Adviser for Rural Affairs and Environment (CSA RAE) to the Scottish Government will open the day, followed by former NFUS President Nigel Miller and Graham Young, Industry Development Director from Scotland Food and Drink who will highlight the issues affecting the sector. Graeme Cook, Director of the Centre for Knowledge Exchange and Impact will discuss the benefits of collaboration.
