This event is a Burns-focussed cookery demonstration and interactive talk from Love Food Hate Waste Scotland and Orkney Zero Waste.

As well as giving you a host of tips for making the most of what's in your fridge and cupboard, you'll see how to create some delicious dishes, and even try a few. We'll be looking in particular at haggis, neeps and tatties; and what can be done to minimise waste, store them for use later on, and for making delicious new meals.

Refreshments will also be provided.

This event is part of Orkney Food Waste Prevention Week (#OrkneyFWPWeek) taking place between 22 and 26 January 2018.
