The Hairy Bikers, the bearded celebrity TV chefs, are to be the star attraction at Peterhead Food Festival in September.

According to a report in the Press and Journal, Simon King and Dave Myers will attend the festival, organised by Peterhead and Buchan Tourism Initiative, as well as speak at a dinner at the Waterside Inn.
The 2010 Peterhead event will run from September 11-18 and the P&J reports that the tourism group is keen to hear from food producers, business, groups or individuals willing to get involved or suggest ideas.
