Collaboration

Scotland Food & Drink aims to share best practice across the entire supply chain. Collaborative projects will be encouraged and a Coaching Academy & Excellence Centre is planned as the foundation for developing new sector initiatives.

Chaired by James Graham of SAOS, the Collaboration Working Group's remit is to move the industry from a cost and performance focus to one which works and learns together, sharing research, knowledge and best practice. We will harness the very best thinking and practice in collaboration as we strive to enhance the reputation of our industry, from our primary producers through to the retail and foodservice sectors.
