Finely hand-sliced portions of roast smoked beef and lamb form the signature dishes of Taste of Bute, with new foods constantly being developed such as the merguez - style sausage and 'Bute en Croute' hand raised pies - all incorporating delicate mixtures of fresh smoked meats. All the ingredients used are of the highest quality, from the grass-fed native breed cattle and sheep from Taste of Bute's home - Plan Farm, to organic cheese which is then smoked over oak shaving from recycled whisky barrels. Additive free, and pur viande make our products Delicately Delicious.
