Saltire Patisserie was founded in July 2006. We provide high quality hand made breads, cakes and desserts for a range of clients in and around Edinburgh.
Prior to launching Saltire Patisserie, Saltire took the view to ensure quality and freshness on bakery, dessert and associated products to make these internally. To this end we have now a successful unit that provides good quality products not only internally to Saltire Hospitality and its many divisions but also to a range of hotels, venues and conference centres in and around Edinburgh.
