We specialise in smoking pheasant and venison, producing hot and cold smoked venison, hot smoked pheasant, the Deeside Glider (2 pheasant breasts stuffed with haggis and then smoked), venison salami, pheasant salami, beef bresaola and smoked haggis.

All the game is smoked in a traditional way over whisky infused oak shavings and time and care is taken in producing each product. All items can be sent via mail order.
