Sourdough rye and wheat breads a speciality. Seasonal specialities. European and American baking methods and recipes. Special event baking and new product development.

Traditional craft baking methods employed i.e. long fermentation, wild yeast leavens, Hand divided and moulded. No additives, improvers used. Scottish ingredients used where possible. UK and French flours used.
