Fresh homebaking - all made in small batches by hand. We don't use any 'ready mixes' which means we can tell you exactly what has gone into our products. Our products include a wide variety of bread, cakes, traybakes, tealoaves, fresh fruit crumbles, puddings, scones, jams and chutneys. Whenever possible we use produce from the farm and source olives, tomatoes, garlic and seeds from other local suppliers. Everything is made in our dedicated kitchen at Achray Farm in the Trossachs.
