Hand reared Atlantic Halibut grown on the Island of Gigha (Gods Island) using water from the Sound of Gigha. Organically fed to ensure the highest levels of sustainability. Fish are gutted and packed in ice 10 and 20 kg boxes. Sizes from 2- 7kg. Harvest twice per week .
