Skye Vegetables delivers either direct or via the Foodlink van, and the produce is harvested to order on the day of sale. The vegetables are produced using environmentally-friendly methods, without the use of chemical pesticide sprays.

Produce includes baby carrots, baby turnips, baby leeks, cabbage, fancy kale, french beans, broad beans, spring onions, shallots, salad potatoes, swedes, baby beetroot, spinach, squash, courgettes, and jerusalem artichokes. Major emphasis is placed on providing a reliable and personal service.

Examples of Key Customers and/or Key Wholesalers

Key customers in 2008 included the Three Chimneys Restaurant, Toravaig House Hotel, Glenview Hotel, Duisdale Hotel, Uig Hotel and Cuillin Hills Hotel. Produce was also supplied to Vanilla Skye, the Portree Farmers Market and individual households.
