North Highland Products is the company formed by Caithness farmers to select and source supplies of the highest quality farm, fish and food products from the North Highlands.
North Highland Products is committed to using the highest standards of food production to produce the highest quality food, while at the same time ensuring a sustainable future for local farmers and food producers.
The formation of the company is a direct result of the North Highland Initiative inspired by HRH The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay.
A range of award winning products including beef, lamb, North Ronaldsay Mutton, cheese, honey, shortbread, oatcakes, biscuits, conserves, preserves, chutneys and Clootie.
Wherever possible, all Mey Selections products originate from within a 100 mile radius of the Castle of Mey, in Caithness.
