We are one of the 1st SALSA approved Manufacturers of bread rolls and morning goods. We operate from our new state of the art bakery which was completed in 2007 and was officially opened by the First Minister, Alex Salmond.
Our products are distributed across the Central Belt and increasingly along the East Coast. We aim to have BRC Global Food Standard, Issue 5 in July 2008. Fresh Rolls, craft confectionery and a wide range of morning goods.
