Local modern fishing trawlers supply our shops with a wide variety of sea stock including shellfish such as scallops and lobsters, prawns and a variety of white fish. The catch goes straight from the trawler to our shop counters with at least one family member involved in each step from catching, to uplifting, processing, to finally selling over the counter. By processing the catch straight from the trawlers we can guarantee quality, freshness and first class service, this being our aim at all times.
Our processing factory is built to a very high standard incorporating our own smokehouse where all the Salmon, Trout and Haddock (both hot and cold) are smoked. Meat and game are also smoked here for a number of local butchers.
Dee Fish is a fast growing business with multiple shops and secure online sales facility. Fish is delivered daily to local businesses and all of our products ordered for delivery by mail are packaged with extreme care and sent by express delivery ensuring that our customers receive them the very next day in pristine condition. Our own Smoked Scottish Salmon is a very popular purchase as a gift or for that special occasion.
