Specialist pies (hot and cold) designed to be complete meals. Pies are cooked and just require re-heating when required.
Large choice of fillings prepared to order for online orders or purchased from retail outlets, catering outlets also supplied. Fillings include: Organic Beef and mushroom; Chicken fillets in a tarragon, white wine and cream sauce; Organic Pork with white wine, lemon, garlic and parsley; Organic Beef sausages with onion gravy; Salmon fillets with a horseradish and pink peppercorn sauce; Smoked and fresh Haddock fillets with leeks and white wine; Organic Beef mince; Mexican Chilli Chicken fillets; Curried Chicken Fillets; Mediterranean Vegetables with Feta cheese(V); Chilli con carne; Butter bean & Brie(V); Devilled Black eyed beans(V).
All the above pies are layered with a bed of steamed matchstick potatoes which are topped with the relevant filling. The pies are fully encased in puff pastry (suitable for vegetarians) and baked. Re-heating takes 20 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees C.
