Supplier of Gourmet Edible Wild Mushrooms either fresh (when in season) or dried. Harvested locally, most of the mushrooms are from the Bolete Family of mushrooms which include Cep/Porcini. We also supply Chanterelle and Hedgehog of the Forest Mushrooms.

We supply to order Freshly Harvested or dried Gourmet Edible Mushrooms which cover all of the Bolete Family of Mushrooms including Cep/Porcini. We also supply to Order Chanterelle and other seasonal mushrooms. All mushrooms are harvested to order locally. If fresh required orders will be taken 48 hours in advance. Please note that fresh can only be supplied in season. The dried mushrooms are dried in the traditional Russian Hang Dried method. Only the highest quality are hand picked and processed by experienced pickers.
