Product range includes wild boar sausages, gourmet pates, distinctive dry cured bacon, smoked wild boar, sumptuous roasting joints, steak, sides and whole carcasses. Also trim and lean meat for sausage and burger manufacture. Accreditation: Production of pate and smoked wild boar is outsourced to processors with BRC accreditation; other products are produced in EC licensed plants. The farm is a LEAF member and Wild Boar From Scotland Limited is working towards the LEAF Marque.
