Established in 1984, Ray and Lesley Allan have since been providing the North East with an alternative to mass produced, supermarket bought products.
From traditional Scottish recipes, the range includes hand moulded tea-breads including rolls, scotch pancakes and scones, savouries such as pies, pizzas and freshly made to order sandwiches. They also provide a wide range of old fashioned biscuits such as farthings, perkins and shortbread to celebration cakes for all occasions, made to order by Lesley on the premises.
