Growers of organic soft fruit, vegetables and herbs for making into a wide range of preserves using both traditional and original recipes. Organic fruit is also bought in from other Scottish growers. Wild Raspberry Jam is made from locally picked wild fruit. Preserves are sold in 12oz, 4oz and catering size jars at local Farmers' Markets, various shops around the north-east and throughout Scotland.
