Our animals are fed on a natural diet of heather, herbs and grasses and you can be assured of full traceability from farm to plate and we sell directly to the public.
We believe in traditional farming methods and due to this everything we produce is seasonal.
All our produce is naturally reared to the highest standard and we believe that quality is not to be compromised and this shows through in the taste and texture of all our produce. Our aim is to work together with local crofters to produce quality livestock and help to provide a sustainable crofting enterprise to keep crofters crofting and help provide a new direction for their livestock by providing alternative markets for the produce. By working together we can meet the demand for the products and create better markets for local crofters.
