West Moss-side organic Shetland beef is available from the farm. The cattle are grass fed & graze extensively over Flanders Moss Nature Reserve.
Shetland cattle are a very rare breed. They overwinter and contribute to the conservation of the fragile habitat of the bog. The meat is exceptional!
