Based in Aberdeenshire producing a range of smoked salmon, sea-trout, venison, pheasant, nuts, black pudding and lots of new ideas with the changing seasons.
All of our products are prepared, smoked, sliced and packed by hand in small batches to guarantee our distinctive quality.
All of our salmon is sourced from sustainable Scottish farms, our game is from local estates. We do not use any additives, preservatives or artificial colour and flavourings in any of our products.
All of the wood and peat we use is from Scottish sources and our cures are made with local brews and fair trade sugars.
Hampers and gift boxes for corporate and mail order are available for national and local delivery.
We have a range of products for the hospitality and catering trade offering the utmost in provenance and quality.
