It moved to the current bakery in Prestonpans in 1988 and now services 230 direct delivery customers throughout the Central belt and Borders of Scotland. Constant expansion of the business across different markets has resulted in a diverse business base with products supplied to l0 Fords retail units alongside 138 Co-op stores and local independent retailers.
