West Highland Dairy is based in the village of Achmore, by Kyle of Lochalsh in the Scottish highlands.
A small production dairy manufacturing cows and goats milk into hard, soft, blue, brie cheeses. Also creme fraiche, yogurts and ice cream. Own dairy shop on premises. Professional dairy training can also be offered at all levels on and off-site.
