Ritchies of Rothesay have been smoking fish for the past 50 years. All our products have no artificial ingredients included. Products include kippers, smoked trout, haddock and salmon.
The salmon are cured in our own secret recipe for two days and nights, no artificial ingredients or colours included, then smoked over oak shavings (from Scotch whiskey casks) in our 100 year old kilns before being vacuum packed and posted to your home by 1st Class mail or by Swiftair to europe.
