Concentrating mainly on shellfish we have a growing reputation for quality crab and scallop products. As the only crab processor in Shetland we operate the only cannery making Shetland Norse unique in the Shetland fish processing sector. At our company's modern EU approved premises in Mid Yell around 400 tonnes of crab and 200 tonnes of scallops are processed per year for markets throughout Europe.
