Family run smokehouse producing traditionally cured and smoked luxury Scottish foods by hand. Wild smoked salmon, trout, poultry, cheeses, gravadlaxs, scallops, mussels, game meats including venison and much more. Taste of Scotland. Guild of Master Craftsmen.
