Capaldi's Ice Cream

Capaldi's ice cream arrived in Brora, Sutherland in 1929 and “Capaldi's by Harry Gow” ice cream is still based on the traditional Italian recipe although the recipes have recently been enhanced with the introduction of fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as pure fruit puree cream and milk, our new range includes Dairy Ice Cream & Real Fruit Sorbets. Capaldi's products are available in 120ml tubs, 500ml and 1 litre retail tubs and “Napoli” scooping trays for retail counters and the catering sector.
