The Really Garlicky Company grew from a husband and wife team of traditional potato farmers who felt the need to diversify in order to safeguard their livelihoods. After two years of trials, the Really Garlicky Company was launched in 2001 and pioneered the growing of garlic in Scotland. Gilli Allingham is a Cordon Bleu cook; Glen is a farmer, committed to supplying high quality produce to Gilli's exacting standards.
Located at the foot of the Cawdor Hills, on a farm in the Highlands of Scotland the strain, Hardneck Porcelain Garlic, is closely related to wild garlic and packs a punch three times the flavour of the more commonly available varieties. Not only is there no bitter aftertaste even the cloves are larger and easy to peel.
The product range has been developed using only Pure Scottish Garlic, high quality British ingredients and with no additives or colourings. We also only use British Free Range Eggs from 'Freedom Foods Accredited Farms'. Products include Aioli, Garlicky Cream Cheese, Garlicky Butter, Garlicky Bread, Garlicky Ciabatta, and Eazy Garlic. Garlic Puree is also available in larger bulk volume for catering or manufacturing.
