Based in the Scottish Highlands, we are a family run company producing an award winning range of top quality, Scottish fruit drinks and concentrates, sweet and savoury sauces, jellies for meat and cheese, chutneys, preserves, marmalades & salad dressings.
We also have a range of biscuits (wheat free oatcakes, wheat free barley biscuits and all butter shortbreads), clooties and newest of all Chilliheads Chilli Jam.
Whenever we can we use locally grown(Highland) ingredients for our products. All of the soft fruit that we use, the raspberries, strawberries, currants, gooseberries and the rhubarb are grown here in the Highlands by small growers and crofters all of whom we know personally. We see the fruit growing and the average time from picking to pan or freezer is therefore minimal. Some of our vegetables such as beetroot are also grown locally and we use a lot of the wonderful wild fruits and berries of the area - rowan, elderberry and sloe. All of these fruits and vegetables are grown in the fresh Highland air and well away from busy roads of which we have few.
Time and great care are taken in the manufacture of our products. All are traditionally hand made in small batches to ensure maximum flavour and quality. Our entire range is free from artificial chemical additives, flavouring and preservatives.
