The Company is fully Customs Bonded and produces alco-pops for major customers across the UK. These include Beverage Brands (WKD), ICB (Red Russian, TVX) and Buxton Enterprises (Alcoholic slushes). Production techniques are based on over 40years experience of the bottling innovation. Drinks can be prepared using either the traditional Pre-mix approach or the RTD ready to drink method. This involves mixing all the ingredients including water prior to adding CO2 at the bottling stage. This enables the consistency of the product to be matched exactly to customer requirements prior to the bottling process. All bottles are fully rinsed with spring water prior to filling in the specially designed positive bottling area, which further enhances product purity and quality.Bottles flow along the production lines to the packing area where they are packed, shrink-wrapped and palletised for storage and shipping. A 40,000 foot storage area provides the capacity to hold large batch orders awaiting distribution to the customer.
