Fish processor supplying wholesale and retail customers with fresh fish, smoked fish and kippers.

The company is primarily involved in processing fish the main species being Haddock, Lemon Sole, Cod and Herring. The fish is brought in fresh daily from fish markets mainly Peterhead and Lochinver and processed. Once filleted the fish get skinned and sold fresh or smoked at Eat Mair Fish. Traditional smoking methods are still used in smoking where oak chips are burned adding greater taste to the fish.
