Our success is based on provision of the highest quality products and first class customer service.
All of our shellfish are caught from Class A waters off the West Coast of Scotland. We are also able to supply a variety of seasonally available wild Scottish mushrooms. This is generally from July to October. These include Ceps (Boletus edulis)/Porcine, Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius)/Girolles, and others.
