Thistly Cross Cider was established in 2008 and is currently the only Scottish Cider company known to the National Association of Cidermakers.
Thistly Cross is sold as a still and slightly sparkling product and we have developed Thistly Cross Red (strawberry cider), Thistly Cross Gold (a whisky blend), Thistly Cross Ginger, Thistly 4.4 (sparkling 4.4%abv) & Thistly (sparkling 1.1%abv). The business exports six ciders.
