I sell whole lambs & whole mutton, freshly butchered, chilled & packed suitable for home freezing by direct retail. I also supply restaurants who prefer to buy a whole lamb or mutton.
All lambs are traceable and born & raised on my 10 acre smallholding. I produce Suffolk Cross Lambs and Pure Shetland Lambs. The mutton is produced from ewes on the holding and ewesfrom my flock on the Shetland Isles.
