Dunns Food and Drinks has secured two new supermarket supply contracts for its Curries Red Kola.

Business7 reports that the family-owned business will supply the product to Waitrose's two west of Scotland stores in Newton Mearns and Byers Road in Glasgow.
The Blantyre-based company, which employs around 100 people, has also secured a contract with Asda to supply 13 of its central and south-west Scottish stores.
Business7 reports that operations director Julie Dunn secured both contracts through a Scotland Food & Drink event earlier this year.
She is quoted by Business7: "I was invited along to the Meet the Buyer event and actually pitched our ginger beer to Waitrose as I thought that would be a good product fit.
"I was introduced to the buyer for the Waitrose Newton Mearns store who was far more interested in our Red Kola, particularly our diet version, which is the only sugar-free Red Kola on the market.
"Waitrose had taken Red kola for its Edinburgh stores, but it didn't really take off as red kola is not, apparently, an east coast product. However, Waitrose was confident Red Kola is very much a west coast product, and picked ours."
