Following the success of the BBC Good Food Show Scotland 2010, Scotland Food & Drink is pleased to announce its participation in the 2011 edition, to be held from 21-23 October at the SECC Glasgow.
Now in its fifth year, the BBC Good Food Show Scotland is the country’s biggest food and drink show attracting an expected 20,000+ visitors. It is a superb celebration of Scotland’s food and drink heritage, featuring hundreds of regional producers and live demonstrations from top chefs.
Some 77% of visitors in 2010 attended to taste and buy different food and drink products, with a total visitor spend of more than £1.5 million.
The Scotland Food & Drink Pavilion will be in the heart of the 'Scotland, Land of Food & Drink Regional Village', one of the show highlights designed to give visitors a fascinating tour of the country’s regional products. The Village will include a selection of fantastic producers from regions such as East Lothian Food & Drink; Midlothian and Lanarkshire.
