Its many services include supplying the foodservice and licensed trade, from cafes and restaurants to hotel chains, featuring many high-profile clients such as the DiMaggio group, Tom Kitchin and O’Brien’s; soft drinks to wholesalers and the cash & carry trade; and distribution of major drink brands. Over the coming months, the company is developing a Scottish Fine Food Directory featuring more than 120 Scottish food and drink suppliers. This will enable suppliers to take advantage of Dunns’ extensive foodservice network and give them access to new markets countrywide. Dunns will bring its considerable expertise and support services including:

• Highly efficient distribution hub & delivery network across Scotland

Dunns is particularly interested in featuring premium, artisan producers which would benefit from distribution.
The Directory will feature all product categories whether ambient, chilled or frozen.
The Meet the Buyer will consist of one-to-one meetings with the senior Dunns Food & Drinks team. Companies are required to submit an application form and selected companies will be invited to the Meet the Buyer. Further briefing on the opportunity will be available in advance of the meeting.
