A young Heriott-Watt graduate is to establish a new brewery in the Black Isle in northern Scotland.

According to The Herald, 23-year-old Craig Middleton "should join the ranks of Scotland’s independent beer-makers in September when he expects to produce his first pint at the Cromarty Brewing Company, around 20 miles north-east of Inverness".
The Herald further reports that Craig, who gained a degree in brewing and distilling from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, has backing from the Scottish Government and Clydesdale Bank.
