Fiona, whose award-winning products are served and sold in delicatessens and coffee shops across Scotland, has opened the Galloway Lodge Coffee Shop in the Dumfries and Galloway town.
With the preserve side of her business thriving, Fiona has taken on a new challenge and is serving delicious breakfasts, light lunches, tea, coffee, fresh scones, home baking and, of course, her company's award-winning jam.
Galloway Lodge Preserves has been devoted to making marmalades, jams, chutneys, jellies and mustard for over 30 years.
Using only the finest ingredients and cooking in small batches using traditional methods, the firm's most popular product is its world-famous Poacher's Pickle® - its only trade-marked chutney and a Gold Great Taste Award winner.
Galloway's newest products are Raspberry & Redcurrant, Raspberry & Heather Honey, Rhubarb & Elderflower, Gooseberry & Strawberry, Chilli Jam and Chilli & Honey Relish.
