The menu has been prepared by Stella Colleluori (Hatters Catering) and Tony Wilson (Fife Coast and Countryside Trust) and the meal will be followed by an illustrated talk by Emma Chapman of the Scottish Wild Harvest Association (SWHA).
The ‘Wild Food Feast’ will be held on Saturday 20th August from 7pm at the Stables on Falkland Estate. Booking is required, and further details can be obtained here.
