DeviliShh pudding experts will be giving a hands-on masterclass at 3.30pm daily in the chefs' theatre.

Regarded as the UK's fine food "Oscars", The Guild of Fine Food’s annual Great Taste Awards are the UK’s largest independent evaluation of fine food and drink.
Each product entered into the competition is subjected to rigorous tasting by a panel of 350 judges - 7481 products were entered from 1600 companies for the 2011 awards. It took 34 days to blind taste all of the entries.
DeviliShh spokeswoman, Karen Scott, said: "We were over the moon to win two Great Taste awards as they are the culinary equivalent to the Oscars and highly sought-after in the UK fine food industry.
