Winner of the Drinks category (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in the 2011 Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards, Edinburgh Gin has recently received an esteemed silver award in the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2011 and two Gold Starts in The Guild of Fine Foods' Great Taste Awards.

Edinburgh Gin is a classic big juniper gin with a twist, batch distilled in "Jenny", a much-treasured Scottish copper pot still using traditional gin botanicals.

The next phase of the process sees extra Scottish juniper added as well as heather, pine and milk thistle.

Edinburgh Gin's clean citrus notes and aromatic juniper make it the perfect base for a gin and tonic or martini, not to mention many of the classic gin cocktails.

Distinctively Scottish, it is distilled in a hand-beaten Scottish copper pot still using 12 classic botanicals including juniper berries, citrus peel and coriander seed. Produced in small-batch quantities and ensuring that only the finest quality ingredients are used, the end result is a refreshing clean, crisp gin.

At 43% ABV, Edinburgh Gin holds premium gin status. Its packaging takes its inspiration from the 1920s, known as gin’s truly golden era.

In keeping with that theme the packaging has an Art Deco feel that reflects this wonderful period of cocktail parties and drinking sophistication. Edinburgh Gin is bottled in fine Italian glass and has an RRP of £22 to £26.
