Connage Highland Dairy is a traditional, family-owned, fully organic business, based close to Inverness, which produces a range of top-quality, artisan cheeses that have been winning awards since 2007.

Callum and Jill Clark make the cheeses on the family farm from home-produced milk. The Clarks are always keen to let everyone know that their range of cheeses can be used for a whole host of dishes, meals and treats, making them an essential fridge ingredient.

Jill Clark says: "British Cheese Week is a great celebration. It starts with the announcement of the British Cheese Awards which we have been lucky enough to win in the past (and in which we’ve been shortlisted again!) and continues as a great way of telling the world how great British cheese is.

"I think what people don’t always realise is just how versatile cheese can be. Of course there is the traditional cheese board which is delicious.

"But we also produce a Crowdie cheese which makes the perfect sweet cheesecake, Clava Brie which can be melted over just about anything and a superb Gouda which is ideal in salads.

"Try our cheeses and I promise you won’t be disappointed.  And remember that they are also available in gift boxes for Christmas."

Connage Highland Dairy produces a range of cheeses which includes Clava Brie, Crowdie, Dunlop (Scottish cheddar), Smoked Dunlop and Cromal.

The cheeses can be bought online, from our Cheese Pantry on the farm, and from a number of outlets across Scotland and beyond.
