Aberdeen Hotel Welcomes Back Executive Chef

Landmark Aberdeen hotel, bar and restaurant, Simpson’s has welcomed executive chef Colin Tait back to the team.

Since his recent return to the Queens Road venue, Colin has been involved in reinvigorating the menu and is once again delighting patrons with his culinary flair.

Over the years, Colin has also worked at the Craighaar, Palm Court and Pittodrie House hotels, and with Aramark UK.

Commenting on Colin’s appointment, Simpson’s general manager Caroline Graham said: "Many members of staff and guests remember Colin from his time with us before and they are delighted to see him back in our kitchen.

"Colin’s wide experience is displayed in his excellent food and has made him the great chef he is today."

Simpson’s is locally-owned and run in conjunction with sister company, Kepplestone Manor which offers nearby luxury serviced apartments.
