Heriot-Watt University Seeks Interesting Projects

Heriot-Watt University are seeking interesting projects for their MSc students in the areas of sustainability, energy, bioprocessing, algal fuels, industrial biotechnology and anaerobic digestion.

Mainly aimed at chemical science companies, they would also welcome projects from consultants, manufacturers and end-users, particularly those with an interest in life-cycle analysis and carbon foot-printing.

Literature surveys will be undertaken in the February-April period and main sequence of research will take place from May to August. Projects may be undertaken either at the university or at client's premises. There will also be short projects in sustainability taking place earlier, between November and January.
