Blair Castle, home of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl, has extended its catering contract with Sodexo Prestige in Scotland for a further five years.

As part of the seven-figure contract, Prestige Scotland will provide catering at Blair Castle’s 120-cover restaurant as well as for corporate events, weddings and annual dinners such as the Keepers of the Quaich, which is held for the Scotch whisky industry.
Prestige Scotland, which has provided catering at the stunning estate in the Perthshire Highlands for the past 15 years, is also providing capital to invest in the retail catering offering at Blair Castle.

“Blair Castle is one of Scotland’s most magnificent estates. It has been a pleasure building up a such a good relationship with the estate over the past 15 years, and we look forward to improving the food and drink experience to visitors and corporate guests even further in the coming years.”

The 145,00-acre Atholl Estates, which includes Blair Castle, dates back to the 13th century and includes some of the most magnificent scenery in the Perthshire Highlands. It can be used for a wide range of corporate events and functions as well as weddings.
