Launched to mark this year’s Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight in September, the work experience scheme offers the opportunity to win experience with some of Scotland's most talented chefs.
Eleven of Scotland's top chefs are offering a fortnight's work experience to budding chefs aged 16-21.
Young talent can win a work experience placement with Roy Brett, John Paul, Nick Nairn, Martin Wishart, Andrew Fairlie, Albert Roux, Dominic Jack, Tom Lewis, Kevin McGillivray, John Quigley and Joe Queen.
Applications are open to all, from a chef currently in employment looking for some experience with a top chef or perhaps a student or school leaver looking for inspiration on what to do next in their cooking career.
Entrants can choose which chef they would like to work with but there is only one space available with each. Scotland Food & Drink will pay £150 towards each student's travelling expenses.
To apply, entrants must write to Sophie Fraser stating why they think a two-week placement with one of Scotland's top chefs will enhance their career and which chef they would like to be placed with.
Enter by emailing Sophie by Friday 18th November.
